The thyroid problem is usually associated with inadequate production of thyroid hormone T4 or thyroxine and T3 or triiodothyronine. It may be due to iodine deficiency or autoimmune problem or Hashimoto disease.
According to Ayurveda, the issue of the thyroid is due to the imbalance of the elements like water, fire, and air. When your air (air), cough (water), and fats are not in the balance, your thyroid may increase.
1.Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is an excellent Ayurvedic herb for balancing the thyroid. It helps in normal functioning of the thyroid. Studies have shown that it can contribute in promoting thyroid activity. 3.Brahmi
Brahmi is used to treat thyroid problems in Ayurveda. Scientific studies now confirm its effectiveness. One study found that the use of 200 mg / kg of Brahmi every day helps to stimulate thyroid glands. Thus, it leads to an increase of 41 percent in T4 level.
4.Triphala
Trilala contains Amaliki (Emblica ), Bibhitaki (Terminalia Billerica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). Triphala is an antioxidant-rich natural medicine. People suffering from thyroid problems are advised to eat foods rich in antioxidants. It also helps to reduce body fatigue and stress.
