With the sugar you usually put in the tea, you can also scrub your legs. And before lubricating honey on your sandwich, you can apply it on your body as well.

Avocado

  • Against Dry skin: avocado

Pick a ripe avocado to make a paste as a lotion. Spread it over your skin and allow it to take about ten to fifteen minutes and then wash your face.

  • For soft lips: Avocado oil and sugar

Mix the sugar and avocado oil in a bowl. Then put it on your lips and make circles with your fingertips.

Orange for Freshness

  • For a clean skin

Use only the outer thin orange sheet. Rub this over your skin and let it soak in for 15 to 30 minutes and then wash it with cold water.

  • To Get Rid of Body Odor

Squeeze an orange and take the juice that has comes out. Add ¼ water, a teaspoon of vanilla and a small amount of disinfectant alcohol. Then mix it before applying on your underarms.

Sugar as a Scrub

For a healthy scalp: 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Mix the olive oil and sugar in an equal part. Then apply it to your head and gently massage your scalp. Make a circular movement here. Rinse well and wash your hair as you normally do.

  • Against dry lips: half teaspoon of brown sugar, small amount of water

Mix the sugar with a little water. Rub the mixture over your lips so that loose sheets disappear. You can also use a toothbrush. Repeat it twice a week.

  • For a soft body: 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of olive oil
    Mix the ingredients and scrub the dry or damp skin.

Honey for your skin

  • For Lips: little olive oil and honey

Add the honey and olive oil together. Apply the mixture on lips and sleep so your lips are soft in the morning.

  • For a gentle skin: honey

Massage honey in the place where your skin is dry. Let it soak for 2 to 3 minutes and rinse it off. Honey works as an antibacterial but does not apply to open wounds.

Sea Salt for a soft skin

For soft lips: 2 teaspoons sea salt, 1 glass of warm water
Mix the sea salt with the water and wait until it is dissolved. Dip the tip of a cotton ball into the water and lay it on your lips for twenty minutes.

  • Against Dry Elbows: half a lemon, little sea salt

Cover the lemon with sea salt and scrub your elbows. It will make the skin of your elbow clear also.

  • For relaxation: 500 gram sea salt

Add the sea salt to flowing water. Magnesium in it relaxes your skin and improves moisture absorption of the skin.

Cucumber for Moisture

  • To hydrated lips: a few thin slices

Put the thin slices of cucumber for 20 minutes on your lips and wash.

  • Against swollen eyes: a few thin slices from the refrigerator

By placing cucumber on and under your eyes, the swelling & even dark circles decrease. Leave the discs for about ten minutes.

Banana for Shine

  • For soft and shiny hair: 1 banana and 1 teaspoon of almond oil.

Mash the banana gently with a fork and mix the oil through it. Apply this over your hair, especially in the points. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash your hair thoroughly.

  • For a radiant skin: 1 ripe banana, spoon of honey, spoon of milk.

Peel the banana as much as possible. Add a spoon of milk and stir well. Add honey to the mixture and stir well. After 30 minutes, get the mask off your face.
