Bhringraj is known as “king of herbs.” True to its name, it not only assists the growth of hair growth but also prevents baldness. It can be used to prevent premature bloating as well. The herb is usually available in powder form and in the form of butter. It has a calming effect when used to the scalp and helps those suffering from insomnia sleep better.

Ingredient 
Shepherd Bhringraj Leaves OR 5-6 tablespoons of dried Bhringraj Powder

Processing time: 20 minutes

Method of Preparation
Pass the leaves with a little water to get a consistent paste. If you can not find Bhringraj leaves, mix 5 – 6 tablespoons of dried bhringraj powder with a little water to get a thick paste consistent.

Method of Application

  • Apply the paste to the scalp and hair and leave for 20 minutes.
  • Wash with shampoo.
  • Apply Three times a week.

You can use this in mixture with other ingredients such as Ayurvedic Amla and Tulsi. You can also massage your scalp with bhringraj oil three times a week to stimulate hair growth.

2. Amla-The Indian Gooseberryamla juice

Amla is used not only as an Ayurvedic solution for hair loss, but also a useful treatment for blood purification and treatment of stomach upset. This preparation ingredient improves the health of the scalp, such as the fight against dandruff and scalp worsening. 3. Neemneem

For years, neem has been used to treat skin diseases and hair loss. Regular use of nymph on the scalp improves blood circulation and strengthens the roots, which in turn stimulates hair growth.   • A handful of Nuts soap
  • 2 glasses of water

  • Soak one-night soap nuts in 2 cups of warm water.
  • In the morning, boil in the soap nuts in the same water for about 15 minutes and then remove it to cool.
  • Take the cooled solution and collect the liquid in the jug.
  • Rinse your hair with water and then pour half the solution of nut soap through your hair.
  • Massage your hair for around 5 minutes and then rinse with normal water.
  • Repeat with the remaining soap shampoo nut. The solution will start to form a mild foam at this point.

5. Shikakai

Shikakai means “the fruit of the hair.” When combined with water, the fruit forms a light foam and can be effectively used to cleanse hair. The rich antioxidant content of Shikakai makes it ideal for restoring the health of the scalp and treating the hair loss. Shikakai will not strip her hair of her natural oils. It detangles hair, reduces dandruff and hair condition to make it luscious and manageable.

  • 6 tablespoons of dried Shikakai Powder
  • 2 glasses of water.

6. Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha or Indian Winter Cherry is an amazing herb for hair growth. This is the most commonly used Ayurveda for autumn hair. Hormone cortisol causes hair loss and slows hair growth. Ashwagandha, when applied to the scalp, controls the levels of cortisol and hair loss curves. It also increases antioxidant activity and promotes scalp circulation. 7. Brahmi

Brahmi helps to strengthen hair and stimulates hair growth. It provides food for the roots and helps the growth of the follicles. Regular use of Brahmi makes hair dense and shiny. It is also useful for reducing dandruff. Brahmi hair packs help reduce scalp itching. If applied regularly, it removes split ends. It puts a protective cover, which, in turn, makes the hair shiny and dense.

  • 2 tablespoons of dried Brahmi Powder
  • 2 tablespoons of dried Amla Powder

  • ½ cup of yogurt

  • Combine all the ingredients in the bowl until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Spread your hair and start applying the mixture from the roots to the tips of your hair.
  • After all of your hair is covered, leave the mixture for 1 hour.

Another way to use Brahmi is to boil some water and add the leaves of Brahmi, Tulsi and Nim. After 10 minutes of boiling, turn off the hob and allow the solution to stay overnight. Straighten this water in the morning and use it to rinse hair after washing with shampoo.

8. Aromatic Jatamansi

A common name for this herb in Ayurvedic hair growth medicines is Muskroot or Indian Nard. Jatamansi helps cleanse the blood and improve its circulation. Enhanced nourishment of the skin of your head can help increase hair growth.

  • 5-6 drops of Jatamansi essential oil
  • With 2 to 3 tablespoons of Petroleum
