Healthy Juices for Hair Growth

Hair loss or androgenetic alopecia mainly affects men, the leading causes being genetics and hormonal appearance (mainly because of a hormone called dihydrotestosterone). The area most affected is the frontotemporal region (the so-called “entrances”) and theoccipital region (the crown).

Other factors can also influence hair loss, such as emotional (depression, anxiety, etc.), infections and prolonged febrile conditions, diets with nutritional deficiencies, etc.

Everything mentioned above results in a loss of vitality and lack of nutrients that reach the hair roots, causing hair loss.

The first symptoms that present this disorder are a bitemporal recession of the hair insertion line in the frontal region (entrances), and then there is a diffuse thinning of the hair in the posterior sector of the head. In some cases, it was possible to observe a massive loss in both density and hair thickness.

As for women, it is important to note that these also suffer from hair loss or female alopecia although less noticeable. As in the case of men, this loss may be due to stress, inadequate nutrition, among others.
