Another good natural solution to help treat ear pain is to take tea from pennyroyal and guaco with orange peel.


  • 1 handful of guaco ;
  • 1 handful of pennyroyal;
  • Peel of 1 orange;
  • 1 L of water.

Method of preparation

To prepare this home remedy is very easy, just add the ingredients in the boiling water, cover and let the infused tea for approximately 15 minutes. Subsequently co and drink the tea 3 times a day while the symptoms of otitis last.

To avoid ear pain episodes it is recommended to dry your ears very well after bathing or sitting on the beach or in the pool, for example, wrapping a finger with a thin towel and drying the area as far as the finger reaches and avoiding the use of swabs
